Thank God for this movie and for The Love Dare book. I am going through a crisis right now where my wife was wanting to leave me. Notice I said was! We, thanks to this gift from God, are working it out and are coming closer than we have been in some time. Words cannot explain the greatness of this movie. This is what God intended for marriage. Remember, it is not only a promise but a covenant to God. Praise God! Thank you all for making this movie. May you surely be blessed for this.

I found out about this movie while my husband and I were engaged. I persuaded him to watch it with me and then again after we got married, and it has made our marriage better. We got married 9-26-09 and we watch it on the 26th of every month, celebrating another month God has allowed us to be together.

Kirk Cameron is such an inspiration! I love all of his movies. We watched a showing of FIREPROOF at our church one Sunday and we had 13 people get saved. Praise GOD!

Sherwood Baptist, please continue making these wonderful, inspirational movies. Through God, anything is possible. Maybe this movie will give Hollywood a much-needed wake-up call.

Wow, what an impact FIREPROOF had on me. Fortunately, I've always had a good marriage, but I sure didn't feel like I was cutting it as a husband. While my wife was out of town with the kids one weekend, I watched the movie alone. When it was over, I was in tears. The biggest thing I learned was just how selfish I'd always been, just like Caleb. I'd loved other things instead of my wife. Worst of all, I'd loved other things more than Christ. After that night, I was able to quote the passage in Corinthians as the very truth in my heart, that His grace is sufficient for me. I let go of so many things in my life that I thought were so important and began to pour myself into my relationship with Christ and my wife. Our relationship has so improved and my wife has been able to see the difference. We are so much closer now. Also, Christ has been working in our lives and began to change my heart and thoughts. Massive amounts of growth have occurred since that day roughly six months ago. As a father of two, I can't wait to see the next movie. Thank you for this ministry which has been perhaps the most powerful ministry our nation has experienced to date.

I am a PFC deployed to Afghanistan. I am 19, married with 1 son. My wife and I have had our problems, but I did not know how bad things were up until about 2 months ago when I learned she was seeing someone else and was ready for divorce. I was and still am a wreck. My chaplain, God bless him, saw me and told me about FIREPROOF. I have just started a deployment version of The Love Dare. It is already heart wrenching and trying. I know it will only get harder, but in the end I will have become a better person, but more importantly, a better husband and father. FIREPROOF is the most motivating movie for any relationship. I pray every night for the strength and wisdom and patience to love even though my wife rejects me or shows no emotion. I realize what love is and I want to show it. For anyone attempting it, be patient and keep strong. It is hard, but you will learn to love.

My wife of 4 years told me last week that she didn't know if she wanted to stay married. I have known God most of my life, but I strayed away from Him and didn't keep Him the center of our marriage. She has started seeking happiness elsewhere. God has touched my life and awakened me again and given me renewal. I have seen all of the wrong things I've done and I'm now ready to love my wife more than ever, now that God has shown me how to love. I don't have a church, but I went to one this week and talked to a pastor. He ended up giving me The Love Dare book and FIREPROOF dvd. I watched it one night alone, and I was absolutely blown away! I connected to the characters so much because their situation is very similar to ours. I cried and prayed so hard that night for God to give me strength and patience. I hope that our story turns out like theirs. I want my wife to watch this movie, but I'm afraid of being too pushy. I hope when she does see it that it opens her heart to God and me again!

My husband and I have been married 10 months and we're expecting our first child in 4 weeks. Two days ago, I discovered that he had an emotional and physical affair with someone for the past 3 months...admittedly for no other reason than his ego. I was all set to leave and file for a divorce in spite of his plea for us to make our marriage work. It wasn't until I watched this movie today that I broke down and really tried to process the situation. This movie changed my life. I now know that I owe it to God to try and work things out. It will take time, but if we're both committed, we can overcome this with His help.

My name is Erica and my husband and I just got married about two weeks ago. We watched the FIREPROOF movie when it came out, then again after we were married. He said he wanted to do The Love Dare book and I pray God will give him the courage to go through with it. I know this will help us have a strong marriage forever. We've been married 35 years, with 2 kids. Four months ago, I discovered my husband has been having secret affairs for the past 9 years. I was, and still am, completely devastated. We had even stopped going to church the past few years. This movie offers hope. The marriage counselor we have been seeing has said exactly the same things that are in The Love Dare book. I bought the 3 movies for my husband's birthday, and the book. It is a miracle. It works.

I cannot put into 250 words my entire testimony. My marriage was not the trouble, my life was, and I was contemplating suicide. I called my church and made an appointment to see my pastor. We had stopped going to church after my husband lost his job. We had an appointment on Thursday. On Wednesday we received the movie. After watching the movie, we both rededicated our lives to Christ and His works. We are now part of the Creative Team of our church and life is looking better everyday. I owe my life to your ministry. Thank you and God bless the works coming from your church.

Watching the film FIREPROOF was like watching my life in many ways. My wife and I have been married for 14 years with two beautiful children. I lost my way in the last years with being someone I'm not. I love my wife with everything I have. I know she is my angel from above and would do anything for me. With losing my way, I've confessed to her some past convictions of indiscretions, lying and deceiving her. With her finding out about these things, the worst has come out with us now being separated. I'm taking the 40 Day Love Dare with a small pause due to other issues coming between us which has caused the separation. This Love Dare book challenges you to look at loving God, seeing your shortfalls, and realizing that you think you've loved your wife, but you haven't loved her the way God has loved us. Watch FIREPROOF and take the Love Dare challenge. It might be the only thing that will help me save our marriage. This process and movie have made a complete change in my life. God bless everyone who helped with this movie and book, and thank you.
